He holds a Master’s degree in Negotiation, Mediation, and Arbitration from the Latin American University of Science and Technology, and a Postgraduate degree in Alternative Dispute Resolution, graduating Suma Cum Laude.
In maritime matters, he holds a Master’s degree in Maritime Procedural Law with an emphasis on International Maritime Law from the University of Panama, and is certified as a Port Professional Manager (PPM) by the American Association of Port Authorities in collaboration with Trainmar Americas.
